Suky was born and raised in the United Kingdom and resides in San Francisco Bay Area. Suky came across yoga while she worked in legal profession in the United Kingdom.
As Suky practiced more yoga, she got more connected with her breath and she found deeper sanctuary with her inner peace. Curiosity led Suky to undertake formal yoga training program at Avalon Studio in Palo Alto. After completing her course at Avalon Yoga Studio, Suky went on to receive additional training on teaching yoga to cancer patients, cancer survivors and people with chronic health conditions. As Suky was teaching yoga to cancer survivors in the Bay Area, she saw the need to learn more about Yin Yoga. Suky enhanced her knowledge of Yin Yoga by attending Yin Yoga training from Bernie Clarke, one of the most renowned teachers and book author on Yin Yoga.
Suky has taught yoga to cancer patients and survivors, has held teens yoga classes, and she has taught vinyasa, restorative and yin yoga in studios around the Bay Area.
Suky's objective is to offer yoga to people, allowing them to connect and marinate with their inner self, exploring through the layers of our bodies and breath, so that we can move deeper in harmony.
